Summer Hills Real Estate Services & R. Russell Properties, LLC along with Haven of Hope “City within a City”  is involved in a special HUD Housing Program.  This program will allow you to purchase certain homes from us at up to 20% off the MLS pricing. These homes are REO properties that are offered to our Non-Profit group. 

Our Group is dedicated to helping homeless families with children, low income families and other in need of help in this area.

For clients that have a pre-approved loan with a lender and can close in 30 days or less.

And for clients registered in our AFD program we offer a seller financing option.

The list of homes is provided to non-profit groups from various banks through a special HUD Program.

For investors with all cash that can close in 15 days

For a limited time only, you can purchase an option to buy 1 house only at a discount of 40% off the MLS price on homes from our non profit list.

There are a limited number of the 40% options being offered.
